Primary Clarifier 2 And Digester Tank 1 Painting and Surface Maintenance

The City of Richland is seeking bids for the Primary Clarifier 2 and Digester Tank 1 Painting and Surface Maintenance project. The project involves the recoating and surface maintenance of various metal and concrete components and other incidental work on the Primary Clarifier 2 and Digester Tank 1 at the City's Waste Water Treatment Facility. The contract was awarded to ECI Extreme Coatings Inc. • The project includes mobilization, SPCC plan, lifting/jacking roof assembly, common wall, vapor area of wall, pipe coating, lid interior and exterior, exterior walls of digester tanks and control building, replace chain railing around lid, and site restoration. • The contract also includes immersed equipment and piping, non-immersed structural steel, non-immersed equipment and piping, immersed and non-immersed concrete, remove and replace portions of rake arm, remove and replace scraper blade, and site restoration. • The City of Richland encourages disadvantaged business enterprises to participate in the bid process.
