HQ3 & WC9 Clinic Renovations

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a general contractor for the demolition and build-back of 3,396 square feet of the 3rd floor of HQ into new clinic space, and minor renovations to existing lab and exam rooms on the 9th floor of WC. The project is phased, with work on HQ3 to be completed and occupied before work on WC9 begins.
