Ryan White Part B Third Party Administrator (TPA) Implementation

The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) is seeking a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) to provide services for the Ryan White Part B program. The TPA will be responsible for insurance benefit management, pharmacy benefit management, rebate administration, program 340B administration, reporting and analytics, AIDS Drug Assistance Program review of domains, clinical programs, and Ryan White Part B enrollee eligibility. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. Key areas of responsibility include: • Insurance Benefit Management • Pharmacy Benefit Management • Rebate Administration • Program 340B Administration • Reporting and Analytics • AIDS Drug Assistance Program Review of Domains • Clinical Programs • Ryan White Part B Enrollee Eligibility The vendor must have at least five years of experience providing similar services and must be registered to do business in the State of Mississippi. The vendor must also provide proof of financial stability and ability to perform the services.
