The State of Maine Judicial Branch is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive lawn‑care and grounds‑maintenance services for the Presque Isle District Court. The contract will begin in late April 2026 and run for an initial one‑year period with two optional two‑year renewal periods, covering mowing, edging, mulching, seasonal clean‑ups, plant maintenance, and related horticultural tasks.
