Description
The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange is seeking bids for the renewal of maintenance on their existing iText licenses for a period of two years. The successful bidder will provide support and maintenance services for the iText licenses, including access to iText JIRA, newer minor or major versions of iText, immediate access to bug fixes, and a dedicated account manager. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the contractor will be required to submit invoices in a specific format. The contract will commence on the date of full execution and will run for 12 months.
Some key requirements for the bidder include:
* Being an authorized reseller of iText
* Submitting a bid with all required attachments, including a transmittal letter, minimum qualifications documentation, and a bid price form
* Completing and submitting all required attachments, including a bid/proposal affidavit and a federal funds attachment
* Registering on the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) system to submit bids and receive notifications.
