Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive preventative maintenance and cleaning services for its inventory of ice machines at the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System and Lawton Outpatient Clinic. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four option years. The contractor will be required to perform semi-annual maintenance on 54 ice machines, including cleaning, sanitizing, and inspecting the machines. The contractor will also be required to maintain a detailed log of maintenance activities and provide a digital report to the VA after each maintenance cycle.
