Description
The State of Maryland’s Department of Information Technology is seeking a Master Contractor to provide annual maintenance, licensing, and support for Safe Software’s FME products under the existing COTS 2012 contract. The solicitation is limited to contractors who already hold a master contract (060B2490021) and must submit a Letter of Authorization along with pricing for a 12‑month term. Bids are submitted electronically via the eMMA system, with a closing date of October 19, 2026. The award will be based on price, ability to deliver the software and support, authorization status, and warranty/maintenance features.
• Scope includes provision of software licenses (FME Flow, FME Form Floating Concurrent User, etc.) and associated 12‑month maintenance contracts.
• Installation and training services may also be required under Functional Area II.
• All pricing must be valid for at least 90 days and invoices will be processed through the state’s fiscal invoice service.
• Only Master Contractors under the existing COTS 2012 contract are eligible; a Letter of Authorization is mandatory.
• Questions are due by October 13, 2026; bid submission deadline is October 19, 2026, 10:00 AM EST.
