Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to PROAIM Americas, LLC for Zeiss OPTIME Connectivity Service Plan. The contractor shall provide all necessary professional services, software maintenance, interface support, phone technical support, remote support, and software upgrades including bug fixes to existing VA-owned Zeiss FORUM systems for VISN 19 sites through a 5-Year service contract. The key requirements include providing Zeiss FORUM PACS platform connectivity services, having authorization from Zeiss, and demonstrating capability and capacity to provide all the products and services for this requirement.
