This solicitation seeks a vendor to provide propane fuel and lease propane storage tanks for two U.S. Army Corps of Engineers dam sites in Washington State. The contractor must deliver propane on a bi‑weekly schedule during winter months, provide on‑call deliveries the rest of the year, and lease four tanks (three 500‑gal and one 250‑gal) for Mud Mountain Dam while using the existing government‑owned tank at Howard Hanson Dam. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, non‑personnel services contract with a base year plus four optional one‑year extensions.
