The State of South Carolina Department of Public Safety seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive HVAC preventive‑maintenance, inspection, repair, and replacement services for the Hall of Fame building in Columbia. The work covers a 30‑ton rooftop unit, eight VAV boxes, associated sensors, controllers, filters, belts, and all movable components, with quarterly maintenance, emergency response, and detailed reporting. The contract is a 5‑year maximum period (initial 1‑year term plus up to four one‑year renewals) and is awarded to the lowest responsive bidder.
• Quarterly preventive‑maintenance inspections, adjustments, cleaning, filter changes, and component calibrations.
