The Kanawha County Commission is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive range of consumable custodial supplies (paper products, cleaning chemicals, floor‑care accessories, hand‑hygiene items, and miscellaneous consumables) for its facilities. The contract will run for three years with an annual renewal option, and the county will purchase items on an as‑needed basis at the vendor‑quoted unit prices. Bids must be submitted in a sealed, ink‑signed envelope by September 15, 2026, 11:00 a.m., delivered in person to the Purchasing Office. Vendors must be registered with the county, submit required disclosure forms, and be free of delinquent county taxes. This opportunity is open to any qualified supplier of the listed products.
