The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC-PCD) is seeking to acquire a Labview Enterprise Program Subscription from National Instruments (NI) Corp. The subscription will include the initial period from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with two option years. The government requires the LabVIEW software to communicate with National Instruments data acquisition equipment and to provide services such as rapid service on all issues, consistent access to upgraded versions of LabVIEW software, training credits, software add-on access, and other critical services. • The contract will be a firm fixed price contract. • The total estimated value is greater than $25,000 but not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. • The government has determined that NI LabVIEW is the only source that can meet its needs due to the requirement for compatibility with existing equipment and the need for direct contractor services.
