Route 2 Waterline Replacement Contract No. 2

The Town of North Hero, Vermont, is requesting bids for the construction of the Route 2 Waterline Replacement, Contract No. 2. The project involves the replacement of approximately 3,800 linear feet of 10” HDPE waterline via pipe bursting and appurtenances. Bidders must submit their bids electronically by January 13, 2026, at 1:00 PM local time. The project is funded in part through the Vermont Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, Northern Borders Regional Commission, and Vermont Community Recovery and Revitalization Program. • The project requires bid security in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. • The project is subject to Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements. • The project requires a Performance BOND and Payment BOND each in the amount of 100% of the contract price. • The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (“IIJA”).
