Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for TIPS Kiosk Software Services. The required services include DynaTouch brand Touch Information Presentation software (TIPS) Cloud Kiosk Management software and end-user support renewal for Texas HHSC Austin. The services will be used to manage limited access "Kiosk" devices on agency-provided backend server and client workstation systems.
• The contract will be for an initial term with options for renewal.
• The contract will be awarded based on the best value for the state.
• Bidders must submit a comprehensive response that includes all required information and documentation.
• The estimated historical spend for the same or similar services is $150,910.01 for a period of one year.
