6830--Supply: Bulk Medical Oxygen

The Department of Veterans Affairs, North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System, requires a supplier to provide medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen to two medical centers: Malcom Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville, FL, and Lake City VA Medical Center in Lake City, FL. The contract will include a 6-month base period and four 1-year option periods. The supplier must provide all necessary equipment, labor, and transportation to meet the government's requirements. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract.
