The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking expressions of interest to lease medical office/clinic space in Oakland, CA. The space should have approximately 13,263 square feet, with a maximum of 15,014 rentable square feet, and include 60 parking spaces. The lease term is 20 years, with a firm term of 5 years and a soft term of 15 years. The offered space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards.
