Exhibits Audio-Visual Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services

The Texas Historical Commission (THC) is seeking a contractor to provide in-person preventative maintenance visits three times annually with two Media Technicians to be scheduled for two full days per trip to include AVC maintenance of all equipment at the Washington on the Brazos State Historic Site. The contractor will also send a Senior Video Expert Technician to inspect the three theater systems to provide critical realignment and blending for projectors as well as service and maintenance to the server systems. The contract term is for 12 months, with an optional extension of 12 months. The contractor must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in audio-visual equipment maintenance and repair similar to the type of work required by this RFP. • Key services include: • In-person preventative maintenance visits • AVC maintenance of all equipment • Inspection of three theater systems • Service and maintenance to server systems • Additional support services, such as remote desktop/telephone support • The contractor must provide compliant deliverables by the RFP's due date, furnish the stipulated services using qualified personnel, install the required equipment, and perform the required tasks at the location specified in the RFP.
