Workiva Financial Reporting module

The Maryland State Retirement Agency is seeking a vendor to provide professional services to support the implementation of quarterly interim financial reporting within their existing Workiva financial reporting solution for governmental pension reporting. The selected vendor will provide ongoing, as-needed support for both the financial reporting and government risk management solutions. The scope of work includes quarterly financial statement configuration, adaptation of annual statement preparation processes, implementation of conditional formatting, knowledge transfer, and training for Finance staff. The vendor will also provide ongoing support services, including technical support, report maintenance, system enhancements, user support, advisory support, and accessibility compliance support. • The vendor must be an approved partner of Workiva software. • The contract will be awarded to the responsible vendor submitting the most favorable (lowest) quote. • The quote provided needs to be valid for 90 days after the RFQ due date. • The winning vendor must be willing to accept a State-issued purchase order for the annual subscription. • The Agency reserves the right to cancel this Request for Quote.
