The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking information to inform the planning, development, and delivery of high-acuity mental health treatment services for juveniles. The goal is to create a secure residential treatment facility that can provide inpatient psychiatric care and stabilization services for high-acuity youth. The facility is expected to have a capacity of 16 beds and will be designed to balance operational requirements with human health and wellness priorities. The Commonwealth is looking for information on construction and operating plans, including alternative methods of construction, delivery of services, and contracting.
