DNA Sequencing Consumables

The Ohio Attorney General’s Office is seeking quotes for DNA sequencing consumables, including kits and chemicals, to perform sequencing of mitochondrial DNA profiles and genetic genealogy kits. The contract will be for an indefinite quantity of items, ordered on an as-needed basis, with a term starting upon signature of the contract up to June 30, 2026, and the possibility of renewal for additional one-year terms. Vendors must provide firm, fixed pricing for the items listed, and the award will be made to the vendor with the lowest priced responsible and responsive submission. • The items to be quoted include MiSeq FGx Disposable Wash Tubes, MiSeq FGx Reagent Kit, MiSeq FGx Reagent Micro Kit, ForenSeq mtDNA Whole Genome Kit, ForenSeq Kintelligence Kit, and ForenSeq MainstAY Kit. • Vendors must review and accept the Goods Terms and Conditions, and identify any exceptions. • The selected vendor will be required to sign various AGO forms and comply with certain requirements prior to commencement of work. • All documents submitted in response to this RFQ are considered public records and will be released when a public records request is made.
