Description

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking applications for the INCLUDE Project, which aims to improve health and quality-of-life for individuals with Down syndrome. The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to solicit applications to submit samples to NIH INCLUDE Project-supported resources to generate a large volume of integrated genomic and multi-omics data. The resulting data, and associated clinical and phenotypic data, will become part of the INCLUDE Data Hub for sharing with the research community. • The project will focus on omics assays of existing biospecimens collected from individuals with Down syndrome and controls. • No funding will be provided directly to applicants under this NOFO. • Applicants are encouraged to propose omics assays of existing biospecimens. • The INCLUDE Data Hub will share the resulting data with the research community.
