Wayne State University seeks a full‑service event‑management firm to design, plan, and execute the public launch of its third comprehensive fundraising campaign. The work covers a flagship anchor event in Detroit and multiple regional activations, as well as faculty/staff and student celebrations, requiring strategic planning, creative concept development, media integration, logistics, budgeting, and post‑event reporting. The contract spans a two‑year base term with an optional one‑year extension, and the vendor must provide comprehensive documentation, insurance, and compliance with university policies.
• Scope includes strategy, creative design, communications, venue selection, technical production, staffing, and travel logistics for up to five regional events.
