Description
The Massachusetts Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to install a new package HVAC unit at 5231 MTA Camp Edwards, MA. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary equipment, labor, parts, materials, supervision, and other support services to fulfill the installation. The work includes removing the existing HVAC unit, disposing of it, and installing a new unit that meets the requirements specified in the statement of work. The contractor must have at least five years of experience in this type of business and have all necessary licenses and certifications.
• The contractor will be required to provide documentation that shows the proposed unit has equivalent BTU heating and cooling ratings as the current unit.
• The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the building manager and the Project Manager to ensure available access and completion within the contract timelines.
• The contractor will be required to provide a copy of the contract documents with them at the time of service.
• The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is accomplished in accordance with applicable OSHA standards and industry safety standards.
