Santa Fe County is seeking a vendor to establish a county‑wide multiple‑source price agreement for standard office‑supply items. The vendor must provide a current catalogue, a discounted price list, and an Excel list of every SKU it intends to supply. The agreement is a one‑year term with the option to renew for up to three additional years, requiring the vendor to maintain sufficient inventory, support online ordering, and honor manufacturer warranties. Evaluation will be based on the best discount rate and any applicable preference percentages.
• Provide catalogue‑based discount rates on a broad range of consumables (paper, pens, toner, etc.) and list “no discount” for larger items.
• Submit an Excel file containing **all SKUs** organized by category (per Addendum No 1).
• Maintain a substantial stock, offer FOB‑destination delivery, and support an online ordering portal for the County.
• Include three external references, campaign‑contribution disclosure, and any preference certifications (in‑state, veteran, Native‑American, etc.).
