GCSS-MC Capability Support and Decommissioning Services

The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) is seeking information from industry sources to support the capability and decommissioning of the Global Combat Support System Marine Corps (GCSS-MC). GCSS-MC is an Oracle-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system used to manage logistics, supply, and maintenance operations worldwide. The scope of this Request for Information (RFI) includes transition-in, capability support, and decommissioning services. The selected vendor will be responsible for maintaining the GCSS-MC system, ensuring operational availability, reliability, maintainability, and security, as well as planning and executing the decommissioning of the system. • The GCSS-MC system has over 25,000 users and requires significant support and maintenance efforts. • The system has 34 customized Java Forms and 12 HTML forms that must be maintained until decommissioning. • The vendor will be responsible for system maintenance, help desk and user support, system monitoring and performance management, and cybersecurity and information assurance. • The decommissioning process is expected to be completed within the next two to four years.
