Description
The Office of State Procurement (OSP) is soliciting offers for a secure, vendor-hosted case management software to operate as the enterprise data system for the South Carolina First Steps to School Readiness. The system must be client-centric, configurable, and scalable to meet current and future operational, reporting, and compliance requirements. The initial contract term shall be for one year with four additional one-year renewal options. The maximum contract life is five years.
• The system must be able to manage client records and historical data.
• The system must be able to provide implementation framework and travel expenses.
• The system must be able to provide technical proposal, implementation, qualifications, and experience.
• The system must be able to provide disengagement plan.
