Lift Equipment Certification and Load Testing

The County of Mohave is seeking proposals for lift equipment certification and load testing services. The selected contractor will be responsible for performing inspections and load testing on the county's lift equipment, including forklifts, elevating platforms, aerial buckets, and material-hoisting devices. The contractor must have experience in the inspection field and be familiar with OSHA standards and regulations. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for an additional year. • The contractor must provide a unit price for inspections and load testing of each piece of equipment. • The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience in the inspection field. • The contractor must be familiar with OSHA standards and regulations, including 29 CFR Part 1910.179 and 29 CFR Part 1910.180. • The contractor must have training and accreditation in non-destructive examination (NDE) methods. • The contractor must provide a certification of compliance for each piece of equipment inspected.
