Burnet County is seeking sealed proposals for employee health insurance. The County seeks proposals that provide competitive pricing, comprehensive coverage, strong provider networks, administrative efficiency, compliance support, and excellent customer service. The contract term is an initial three-year agreement with two optional one-year renewals. The proposal should include company information, executive summary, proposed coverage options, claims and administrative services, and cost proposal. • Medical Insurance: Fully insured and/or self-funded options, PPO, HDHP, HAS-compatible plans, prescription drug coverage, preventative care, telehealth services, wellness programs, disease management, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Dental Insurance: Preventive, basic and major services, orthodontics • Vision Insurance: Exams, lenses/frames, contact lens allowance • Administrative Services: Enrollment support, COBRA administration, ACA compliance support, HIPPA compliance, claims reporting, renewal strategy, employee education and enrollment meetings
