Engineering Support - Sensor Mission Management System

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Air and Marine Operations (AMO) is seeking industry feedback to identify potential sources capable of providing engineering support services for the Sensor Mission Management System. The scope of work includes adapting and upgrading the Minotaur Mission Processor software baseline, integrating the Minotaur Mission Management System on-board aircraft and at ground C2 centers, investigating new or promising ISR capabilities, and providing training support. The contractor will be required to work with a separately contracted sustainment activity to provide AMO national system administration personnel with the latest hardware specifications and software updates. Some key aspects of the job include: • Adapting and upgrading the Minotaur Mission Processor software baseline • Integrating the Minotaur Mission Management System on-board aircraft and at ground C2 centers • Investigating new or promising ISR capabilities • Providing training support for the Minotaur Mission Management System • Coordinating and providing technical liaison for on-site reviews and special studies The ideal contractor will have experience in engineering support services, software development, and integration of complex systems. They will also need to have a strong understanding of the requirements and be able to provide innovative solutions to meet the needs of AMO.
