Description
The Texas Division of Emergency Management is seeking one or more independent Certified Public Accounting firms to provide grant compliance monitoring services for grant administration activities related to awards administered by TDEM, as well as for compliance and monitoring activities for TDEM's State Disaster Reimbursement Section. The selected firm will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the progress and completion of each subrecipient's projects, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and guidelines. The firm will also be required to provide technical assistance to subrecipients, review and certify project costs, and perform audits as necessary.
