Description
Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking qualified broadband Internet Service Providers to deliver ISP services to a statewide network of sites, covering all counties in Washington. Vendors must already hold a signed Network Services Agreement (NSA) and the applicable technical addendum with WaTech. Bids must include a detailed cost model (monthly recurring costs and any non‑recurring costs) and a certification of compliance. Evaluation will be based on the lowest total cost (NRC + 36 × MRC) combined with the shortest installation interval for each site. The contract will be awarded on a per‑site basis, with a 90‑day firm‑offer period after award.
• Provide broadband connectivity to dozens of WaTech facilities across Washington, meeting guaranteed installation timelines.
• Submit a completed Excel cost model and a signed certification; pricing is evaluated over a 36‑month horizon (NRC + 36 × MRC).
• Mandatory pre‑qualification: existing NSA and Technical Addendum; background checks required for all personnel.
