The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21), intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the water filtration systems that supplies water to the Sterile Processing Service (SPS) departments and research department in the Veterans Affairs Northern California Healthcare System. • The contract is for the operation and maintenance of water filtration systems. • The systems supply water to the Sterile Processing Service (SPS) departments and research department. • The contract is a Firm-Fixed Price contract. • The contract is being sole-sourced, meaning that it will not be open to competitive bidding.
