El Paso County Public Water System Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC) Services

El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified, experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete phases of the El Paso County Public Water System ORC Services. The successful Contractor shall be considered and shall remain an independent Contractor throughout the term of any contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation. The Contractor shall provide and assume full responsibility for all services, materials, equipment, and labor necessary for completion of the services outlined in this Solicitation.
