Proposal for Individual Property Surveys

The Town of Exeter is seeking a qualified historic‑preservation consulting firm to conduct individual property surveys on thirty historic‑district parcels. The consultant will complete detailed survey forms, provide training to the Historic District Commission (HDC) and town staff, produce a project‑notification postcard for property owners, and present one public meeting to the HDC.
