The County is seeking a licensed general building contractor to replace two rooftop HVAC units, an exhaust fan, and associated ductwork in a one‑story office building, with two selectable ductwork options (single‑zone base bid or multi‑zone alternate). The scope also includes mold remediation, all permitting, inspections, and site cleanup. The contract is a lump‑sum award of approximately $330,000, to be performed over 120 calendar days, with Davis‑Bacon prevailing wage requirements and full bonding/insurance.
