Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide oxygen concentrators for the Texas Valley Coastal Bend Veteran Health System. The contractor must provide new, not reconditioned or remanufactured, oxygen concentrators. The contract is for a bulk order to deliver devices to the oxygen vendor, Mid Cities Medical. The contractor must comply with all applicable records management laws and regulations. The contractor will be required to provide reports detailing the invoice to the buyer for the total amount of orders.
• The contractor must deliver the oxygen concentrators to Mid Cities Medical in Mercedes, TX.
• The contractor must provide a signed copy of the invoice to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
• The contractor must comply with the limitations on subcontracting requirement.
• The contractor must provide copies of documents or records to VA as requested to determine compliance with the limitations on subcontracting requirement.
