Description
The State of Missouri’s Office of Administration is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive evening janitorial services for the Monroe House building (approximately 7,763 sq ft) on the 2nd floor of 235 East High Street, Jefferson City. Services include daily cleaning (trash removal, floor care, restroom sanitation, glass cleaning, etc.), weekly, monthly, and semi‑annual tasks, as well as provision of all cleaning supplies, equipment, and consumables. The contract is for one year, with the possibility of adding or deleting additional buildings/areas during the term. Vendors must submit a complete bid package (exhibits, pricing, past performance, compliance documents) by 2:00 PM Central on 8 Oct 2026 and must be registered in MissouriBUYS with “Approved” status. An optional building tour is offered on 1 Oct 2026 at 10:00 AM.
• Scope: Evening (6 PM‑12 AM) janitorial services, 5 days/week, excluding state holidays.
• Required experience: Minimum 2 years providing janitorial services for office buildings of at least 7,700 sq ft.
• Supplies/equipment: Commercial‑grade cleaning tools, “green” products, vacuum cleaners meeting CRI Green Label standards, floor safety signs, entrance mats, etc.
• Contract length: 1 year, with potential amendments for additional locations.
• Submission: Complete RFQ forms, pricing page, compliance exhibits, and certifications; submit via mail, email ([email protected]) or electronically through missouribuys.mo.gov.
• Evaluation: Based on price, qualifications, past performance, and compliance with state regulations.
