Description
The City of Trenton, Department of Water and Sewer, Trenton Water Works is seeking a consultant to provide development, preparation, printing, and mailing services for the Consumer Confidence Report. The report must be completed in accordance with the regulations set forth by the EPA and the NJDEP. The consultant will be responsible for preparing the report, including data management, layout, and design, as well as printing and mailing the final product. The report must be delivered to the post office, sorted by zip code, and mailed to approximately 64,500 customers. The consultant must also provide a data management plan, attend meetings, and review and participate in the selection and editing of pictures and text.
• The consultant must have a thorough understanding and knowledge of current State of New Jersey and Federal regulations.
• The consultant must prepare the CCR report for Trenton Water Works to fulfill all the requirements of the regulation.
• The consultant must provide an electronic editable form of the CCR report for both the review documents and the final approved version.
• The consultant must develop a timeline in accordance with the work described in the scope of work.
• The consultant must complete the report within two months of the issuance of the purchase order or February 14, 2026, whichever is first.
• The consultant must provide a data management plan that will organize and assimilate data as well as collect the necessary data for the purpose of publishing the report.
