Description
The State of Alaska’s Department of Health – Division of Behavioral Health seeks a vendor to design, implement, host, and maintain a secure SaaS platform for the SAMHSA Unified Performance Reporting Tool (SUPRT). The solution must enable statewide collection, management, quality review, and reporting of client‑level substance‑abuse and mental‑health data, support batch uploads to SAMHSA’s SPARS system, and provide role‑based access for sub‑recipient grantees. Required deliverables include a HIPAA‑compliant portal, ongoing system maintenance, technical support, error‑reporting for batch uploads, and a suite of operational and analytical reports.
