E.W. Howell Co., LLC is actively seeking bids from New York STATE MBE, WBE, & SDVOB certified firms for the following project: DASNY Hunter College NWE Buildings Elevator Modernization. This UNION-PLA project consists of existing elevator and associated machinery replacement across (3) building facilities at Hunter College. North, West & East Buildings. We will be replacing (20) existing passenger, service and freight elevators. This project involves work to the Elevator Cabs, Machine Rooms, Hoistways and Pits, Communication Equipment, Lobbies and Related Scopes. Howell subcontract as written. 3). E.W. Howell utilizes Textura Payment Management (TPM) for all projects and requires the subcontractor (and sub-tiers) to include the usage fee for TPM in their bid.
