Description
The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for statewide emergency remediation services. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. Bidders must be licensed under La. R.S. 37:2150-2192 for the classification of Building Construction. The scope of work includes emergency remediation services for disaster and non-disaster events.
• The contract will cover all regions in the state of Louisiana.
• Bidders can choose to bid on any combination of regions and services.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The bidder must provide a physical copy of the bid and an electronic copy on a USB drive.
• The bidder must also provide all mandatory items in the requested units of measure from Exhibit 1A-1D and 2A-2D.
