Description
The project involves the upgrade of cameras and cabling at the Women’s Huron Valley Correctional Facility. The scope of work includes the installation of new cameras, removal of existing cameras, installation of new camera cables, termination of existing camera cables, and configuration of new cameras on the existing Genetec processing and recording system. The project also includes electrical work, such as the installation of new power cabling and equipment, and mechanical work, such as the installation of a new HVAC system. The contractor will be required to provide full documentation and as-builts of the systems updated and installed.
• The project requires a Genetec certified Channel Partner as the GIS contractor.
• The contractor must provide and configure additional Genetec camera licenses.
• The contractor must provide costs to include license software thru July 31, 2029.
• The project includes a mandatory pre-bid conference.
• The contractor must submit a Vendor/Contractor LEIN Request five business days prior to the pre-bid walk-through meeting.
