Description
The City of Eagle Pass is soliciting quotations for Port-A-John Rentals and Sanitation Cleanup Services for the City of Eagle Pass for FY2026. The selected firm will be provided with an available list of events and dates, and must provide what timeframe is needed to successfully provide the service requested. The locations for service delivery shall be provided upon service request by department. The contract will be for a period of one year, from October 01, 2025, through September 30, 2026.
• Port-A-Johns must be labeled and provided in clean and sanitary condition.
• Port-A-Johns must be visually presentable with fully functioning door locking mechanisms.
• Port-A-John must be delivered with scented pill and any additional sanitary care products.
• Port-A-John shall include toilet paper and necessary refills.
• On lengthy rentals, selected vendor will conduct occasional checks of equipment to ensure remains in sanitary operational condition.
• Include Delivery and Timely Pickup.
• Optional: Include Hand Sanitizer Dispensers with Sanitizing Lotion.
