Washers/Dryers Maintenance and Repair Services

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for washers and dryers at Travis Air Force Base in California. The contract will be for a period of 5 years and will require the contractor to perform quarterly, annual, and on-call preventive maintenance. The contractor will also be responsible for repairing and replacing washers and dryers as needed. The Air Force is looking for a contractor that can provide high-quality services and ensure that the washers and dryers are functioning properly and safely. • The contractor will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance on all government-owned washers and dryers. • The contractor will be required to provide a quarterly maintenance schedule within the first 30 days of each contract year. • The contractor will be responsible for responding to service calls within 3 duty days unless an agreed date is set within 3 days. • The contractor will be required to submit service reports within 5 days of completion of scheduled maintenance or site visits for service repair calls.
