Courtesy Car Program

Virginia Tech Athletics is seeking one to three qualified and experienced automotive dealers to submit proposals to provide a courtesy car vehicle for the car program to support Virginia Tech Athletic. The program must be flexible enough to accommodate changes of the athletic department. The courtesy car program should provide consistent access to safe, dependable, and professionally presented vehicles that reflect positively on the Virginia Tech brand. The contractor will be responsible for vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs, as well as providing benefits to program participants, such as tickets, parking, and advertising opportunities. • The contract term is for one year with an option for four one-year renewals. • The contractor must register as a vendor in the eVA system and comply with all terms and conditions. • Proposals should include a description of company history, ownership, and relevant experience, as well as a detailed description of the proposed courtesy car program. • Proposals will be evaluated based on the quality of products/services offered, qualifications and experience of the offeror, specific plans or methodology, cost, and participation of SWaM business.
