Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for propane-bulk deliveries. The contract will be for an unspecified duration, and the vendor must provide propane gas at 36 different locations. The price will be based on the current weekly propane newsletter for the Los Angeles basin posted price per gallon, plus the vendor's mark-up. The vendor must fill in an attached spreadsheet with their mark-up price for each location. The county reserves the right to add or delete locations during the course of the agreement.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The vendor must provide insurance coverage, including general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and professional liability.
• The vendor must provide a list of all items delivered, including the total amount delivered and the total dollar value sold, 120 days prior to the termination of the agreement.
• The county reserves the right to cancel the agreement with 30 days' written notice.
