Grounds Maintenance Services - FMDC26-0011

The State of Missouri, Office of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction Operations is seeking a vendor to provide grounds maintenance services at North Service Center, Jennings State Office Building, and St. Louis State Office Building. The services include lawn mowing and trimming, shrub/bush trimming, mulch application, and lawn chemical application. The contract period is from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027, with the possibility of two annual renewals. The vendor must download, complete, and return/upload the RFQ document. The pricing proposed on Exhibit C, Pricing Pages, shall be considered the official pricing in case of discrepancies. • The vendor must provide grounds maintenance services at three locations: North Service Center, Jennings State Office Building, and St. Louis State Office Building. • The services include lawn mowing and trimming, shrub/bush trimming, mulch application, and lawn chemical application. • The contract period is from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027, with the possibility of two annual renewals. • The vendor must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the RFQ document. • The pricing proposed on Exhibit C, Pricing Pages, shall be considered the official pricing in case of discrepancies.
