Cloudera support services

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking information from qualified sources to perform Cloudera support services and cloud subscription credits. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The work involves providing Cloudera professional services, including deployment, configuration, and optimization of the Cloudera platform, as well as providing prepaid credits for continued development and implementation of Cloudera on cloud services. The period of performance for this contract is from February 8, 2026, to February 7, 2028, with a base period of one year and an option period of one year. The contractor will be required to provide a capability statement that includes company information, technical and management capabilities, and experience with similar projects. Some key tasks and deliverables include: • Task 1: Planning and Advisory Support for Cloudera on Cloud Implementation • Task 2: Deployment, Configuration, and Optimization of Cloudera Platform • Task 3: AI Inference and Machine Learning Development Support • Task 4: Hybrid Cloud Enablement and Migration Support The contractor will be required to provide weekly summaries of work performed, as well as technical progress updates and lists of completed tasks. The contractor will also be required to participate in regular training on information security and privacy, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Privacy Act and the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA).
