SBR Only Dell Pro Slim Desktops

The Department of Maryland State Police is seeking to purchase 200 Dell Pro Slim Desktops. This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, and only certified small business vendors are eligible to bid. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous offer considering price and evaluation factors. The scope of work includes the delivery of desktops, and the contractor must provide a detailed description of the required services and deliverables. • The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell. • The contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. • The contractor must not impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped. • The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP. • The contractor must allow for pricing provided in response to this PORFP to be valid for at least 90 days after the set due date above.
