Temporary Staffing Services for Brooksville Operations Center.

The Florida Department of Transportation is seeking bids for temporary staffing services for the Brooksville Operations Center. The selected vendor will provide skilled workers to perform various maintenance tasks, including HVAC maintenance, minor trades, landscaping, and other routine building maintenance. The contract will begin on July 1, 2026, and will be effective until June 30, 2027. The vendor must meet minimum qualifications, including being actively engaged in the type of business being requested for at least five years. • The services to be provided include HVAC maintenance, minor carpentry, minor plumbing, minor electrical, landscaping and grounds maintenance, and common area and exterior maintenance. • The vendor must provide a written statement detailing their qualifications and experience. • The vendor must submit a completed bid sheet, including hourly rates and estimated quantities. • The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder that submits the lowest responsive bid.
